- I'm having a bit of a problem getting my Amiga 2000 and my Tandy 200 to
- communicate using a null modem cable. Here's the setup:
-
- Amiga 2000 RS232 cable Tandy 200
- GVP 030/882@50MHz 25pin null adaptor 80C85@2.4Mhz (wow!)
- MultiFaceCardIII 9F-------------25M Standard serial port
- SupraFax v.32bis Standard 300baud modem
-
- The SupraFax is plugged into the MFC's 25-pin serial port. The RS232 is
- plugged into the MFC's 9-pin serial port.
-
- In DuartPrefs I have set unit 0 of duart.device to 19200/8N1 and unit 1
- to 1200/7E1. DUART0: and DUART1: are mounted in the user-startup.
-
- However, when I load up Term I cannot enter any AT commands or anything
- (the Serial setting is set for duart.device unit 0). The Tandy doesn't
- respond from it's Term program either.
-
- What am I doing wrong here? I realize that this may seem like a
- complicated problem, but I'd really like to be able to communicate
- between the two computers without having to resort to the modems.
-
- Any replies would be *greatly* appreciated.
-
- Thanks!
